What’s next for Greenstone?

Due to client demand, we’ve evolved… I’ve just launched Greenstone Prime, a division that has been set up purely to service the prime house market in the roads immediately adjacent to our office on Boundary Road – mainly Abbey Road, Carlton Hill, Clifton Hill, Springfield Road, Blenheim Road, Marlborough Place, and any other prime road on the west side of St. John’s Wood.

What makes Greenstone Different?

An exceptional work ethic and true dedication. I am proud to have successfully built up a well-regarded and prominent agency with a strong following of loyal, local clients. And I am still involved in the day-to-day running of the business 26 years later: I personally manage the office and oversee the team, ensuring that the high standards that Greenstone has become known for are upheld.

What sort of properties do you market?

Greenstone has always been a traditional estate agency dealing with the sales, lettings and management of properties in the local area – everything from studio flats to detached houses. I believe that by not restricting the type of properties we deal with, we have been able to focus on really serving the local community, with equal motivation to deliver results whatever the size of the property. But the Prime department is a new exciting part of Greenstone, dealing only with the High-End Prime market, we have a dedicated team behind it.

What can clients expect when dealing with Greenstone?

Attention to detail has always been key for me. Thanks to this, business is conducted smoothly and the systems we have in place have been perfected to ensure that anybody dealing with the office enjoys a great experience every time. I’m proud of my team, the company and the service I provide, and I’m continuing to build and grow the company with as much enthusiasm as when I first launched.
