  1. If you have a property to sell, it doesn't have to be in our catchment area for us to help you. Depending on your type of property we will discuss the options of putting it on the market before or after you find your next home.

  2. Speak to our financial advisors about your funding. They will advise on the best mortgage for you, discuss the re-payments that you are comfortable with and how much you could borrow to buy your property. It is important that this is done initially in order for you to know exactly how much you can spend and to ensure you are looking at properties at the right level.   3. Come into our offices, telephone or email one of our sales negotiators. Discuss in detail what you are looking for and what would be your ideal property to buy. We will discuss the properties we currently have on the market with you and if suitable arrange to show them to you. We can also, using advanced computer systems, search the entire market of available properties and in most cases arrange to show you property even if it is onthe market with another agent.

    If you just want to get a feel of what's on the market without speaking to a negotiator that's fine too. Just simply fill in our registration form with as much or little information as you want to give. You will then get automated emails of our new properties as and when they come available.

  4. Once you have found a property you wish to buy we will discuss any offer you wish to make and will hopefully agree the purchase terms with the owner.

  5. Once agreed you will need to instruct your solicitor ( if you don't have one we recommend Lorrells ). Your solicitor will advise you on what they will need from you and the legal process from there. They will usually need a deposit on account.

  6. We will prepare a Memorandum of Sale and send a copy to you and your solicitor and the vendor and their solicitor.

  7. We will be on hand to meet your Mortgage Companies surveyor at the property and will supply some useful comparables of recent properties sold, to back up our valuation of the property, if possible.

When you register with our sales office we will keep you up to date with new properties as they come available.

AND REMEMBER - We will happily search the entire market place on your behalf to find a suitable property and we make no charges to any prospective purchaser for the service we provide.
