We have built up an excellent reputation with all local agents and relocation agents and have five dedicated members of staff to ensure your property is let quickly and for the maximum rent to the most suitable tenants.

We have regular adverts in London Property News, Ham & High, Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Loot and permanent adverts in Yellow Pages, many internet sites and various 'To Let' boards.

We have built up excellent relations with many major companies, banks, recruitment agencies and major nationals. All of which are regularly kept up to date with all our properties. We send over 1000 emails a month highlighting our new instructions and send regular mail shots.

Greenstone can assure any Landlord of a high standard of professionalism. This extends from legal knowledge to knowing how to check references, to managing the property on a daily basis.

We will meet you at the property at the outset and advise on whether works need to be completed before we show to prospective tenants.

We will provide full information to you while the property is being marketed. Statements will be sent regularly and monies paid over within the time scale stated in our terms and conditions.

It is vital that any Landlord clearly understands the basis of the contract ( see terms and conditions ) with our agency.
